Reminder: The office is CLOSED on Fridays.
Medication refills are not considered an urgent issue, so please plan ahead. Refills should be called in Monday-Thursday during business hours. If you call in a refill after noon on Thursday, it may not be added to the refill list until the following Monday. Refills may take up to 7 business days, so please request refills at least 7-10 days in advance.
In an effort to control phone call volume, we are requesting that you use the patient portal, when possible, to request medication refills. If you do not have a portal account set up or have forgotten your login information, please call the office for assistance.
After Hours Issues
We do not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
If you are having an urgent issue that cannot wait until normal business hours, you may call (210)840-9525, leave a detailed message, and someone will call you back as soon as possible. Medication refills are not considered an urgent issue, so please plan accordingly.
