In-Network Insurance
Dr. Cantu is an in-network provider for the following insurance plans:
Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Optum Behavioral Health, ComPsych, PHCS, Multiplan, WebTPA
Out-of-Network Insurance
Dr. Cantu and Nurse Practitioner Hughes will see new patients with insurances for which they are not providers. The patient or parent is responsible for the full fee at the time of the appointment. The office will assist in the process of filing the insurance claims, and the patient will be reimbursed directly by the insurance company based on the plan’s out-of-network benefits. If pre-authorizations are required, the office can assist in this process as well. It is the patient’s responsibility to check on and understand his/her own insurance benefits.
Private Pay
Dr. Cantu and Nurse Practitioner Hughes are accepting new patients under private pay arrangements.
